- Justification and Approval The Oklahoma National Guard (OKARNG), Purchasing and Contracting Office intends to issue a brand name specific solicitation limiting competition for the procurement of Cisco branded wireless access points under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c). This is not a request for quote, and no formal solicitation will be issued on FEDBIZOPPS, as the directed system for soliciting Army information technology requirements is ARMY CHESS; AFARS Part 5139.101-90 http://farsite.hill.af.mil/reghtml/regs/other/afars/5139.htm. This notice is for informational purposes only. Any responses to this posting must be submitted electronically, via email, to john.b.merlette.mil@mail.mil. The deadline for the submittal of responses is 1:00 pm central time on July 20, 2016.
