Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bid offers are being requested and a solicitation will not be issued. The Veterans Health Administration, NCO6, Hampton, VA in support of the Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, NC intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.2, full and open competition after exclusion of sources and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005 88. This requirement supports the Durham VAMC. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) VA246-16-Q-1067 attached. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award. Registration can be made through the website at http://www.sam.gov. All other information is in the attached RFQ. Interested parties may submit responses to John Summers at john.summers2@va.gov no later than 2:00PM Eastern, 23-June-2016.
