Description: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (COMBO) (same information as the notification) Brand Name Justification and Approval (J&A) Performance Work Statement (PWS) RFQ Pricing Worksheet This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4608-16-Q-S927, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-88 effective 15 June 2016). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 561621 and SIC Code 7382, and the small business size standard is $20,500,000.00. VINDICATOR equipment is the only equipment that is approved to be used on Barksdale AFB. (1) The Comptroller General of the United States, or an authorized representative of the Comptroller General, shall have access to and right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this contract.
