- Dear Prospective Quoters, Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Digital Radios procurement which meets the standards as described in the Section 1, The Schedule. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449. A complete application package will have the following: - Completed and signed SF1449, - Section 1 which shows the specifications and requirements, page 5 for detailed pricing - Items outlined in Section 3 Please submit your RFQ package via email to Ulaanbaatar-Procurement@state.gov The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by 1700 Eastern Time on July 01, 2016. Questions regarding the solicitation should be emailed to Robin Clune, Contracting Officer at CluneRS@state.gov Note to modification: This is an overseas procurement therefore there is no Set Aside. No changes on other terms and conditions of the solicitation.
