- This is a combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is L16PS00617 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), with an open date of June 22, 2016 and a due date of July 7, 2016, 1700 ET. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 111998 with a small business size standard of $0.75. This requirement is a small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The BLM New Mexico Region has a requirement in soliciting quotation on a competitive basis from qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for seeds supply. Seeds shall be in accordance with attachments available at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/ The DOI BLM New Mexico Region requires the following line items: 1.Western Wheat Grass 480 lbs/pls 2.Blue Grama Grass 360 lbs/pls 3.Indian Rice Grass 150 lbs/pls 4.Galleta Grass 200 lbs/pls 5.Mexican Hat 72 lbs/pls 6.Utah Sweet Vetch 100 lbs/pls 7.Four Wing Salt Brush 100 lbs/pls 8.Rocky Mountain Bee Plant 96 lbs/pls 9.Buck Wheat 74 lbs/pls Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning this solicitation by July 5, 2016, 1500 ET. Offerors are encouraged to periodically check for amendments and other changes to solicitation L16PS000617. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental US), which means the seller must deliver the goods on it conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at specified destination.
