Material: Housing Cast Aluminum. Function: Provides fuel pressure to the engine fuel control. 11.This is not a small business set aside. 12.Line Item Structure: 0001- New Manufacture Material, Quantity Range: 108 to 645 Ship To: SW3211, Tinker AFB, OK. 73145-8000 0002- CEMS 13.Delivery Schedule: 1 June 2017 14.Qualification Requirements are not applicable 15.Export Control is not applicable Mandatory Language: Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestors are acceptable. The purposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and compete with qualified sources. Currently Triumph Engine Control Systems, LLC (Cage Code 11599) and Aviall Services (Cage Code 22819) are the only approved sources and Qualification Requirements do not apply. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on the source control drawing. Suitable technical data, government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from Offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
