- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Oklahoma City: Elk City Delineated Area: North: W. Country Club Rd between N. Pioneer Rd and N. Main Street South: W. 7 th Street between N. Main Street and N. Pioneer Rd East: N. Main Street between W. Country Club Rd and W. 7 th Street West: N. Pioneer Rd between W Country Club Rd and W. 7 th Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 775 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 775 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •1) 24/7 access to space, elevator must be available 7 days a week 365 per year. •2) Cannot be located near hazardous materials storage site. 3)) Cannot be located near Public Defenders, Immigration & Customs Enforcement or Probation Offices. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
