- Sources Sought - Exterior Window Washing This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market research only) in accordance with 52.215-3 Request for Information for planning purposes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, San Antonio, Texas is issuing a sources sought for information and planning purposes only for the delivery of exterior window washing services, not to include exterior screens, for the South Texas VA Health Care System. This sources sought neither constitutes a Request for Quotes (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This Sources Sought should not be construed as a commitment as a commitment by the Department of Veterans Affairs for any purpose. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified businesses that can provide the required services relative to North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 561720. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $18 million. This purchase is intended to be awarded to a service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB), if adequate competition can be found. To make an appropriate decision for this procurement, the Government may use responses to this Sources Sought. Places of Performance: Audie L. Padro at Dale.Padro@va.gov no later than 12pm CST June 29, 2016. Classified material SHALL NOT be submitted. Submission of any information in response to this Source Sought is strictly voluntary. The Department of Veterans Affairs does not assume any financial responsibility for cost incurred. Proprietary information and trade secret, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked proprietary will be handled accordingly.
