Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Economic Research Service (ERS) intends to award a sole source contract to Cambridge Connections, LLC located in Ohio. The service support is for Cambridge Connections to provide the following: Laserfiche Rio Full Named User 1-99 Laserfiche Rio Full Named User Software Assurance Annual 1-199 Professional Services Hours Training (24 hours) Business process/workflow refinements for Outlooks (Optional) (16 hours) Reimbursable Expenses Travel for project meetings and one on one training In connection with the Laserfiche Document Management System (DMS) NACIS code: 541511 This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals. No solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide this service are encouraged to identify themselves and provide a substantive statement with descriptive literature and any other supporting information to the Contract Specialist within 4 days of publication of this notice. All information received within 4 days of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government to determine if more than one firm can meet the Government's requirements and is capable of performing the intended task(s).
