Description

Sole Source J&A The US Department of Labor (DOL) intends to award a sole source, Time-and-Materials (T&M) contract with Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. for IT Infrastructure Integration, Consolidation, and Ongoing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support. This sole-source contract will serve as a "bridge" for a period of 6 months while a long-term requirement can be competed. A solicitation for the long-term requirement is anticipated to be released within the next thirty (30) days. DOL intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for this 6-month "bridge" contract. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency to the attention of Mr. Ronnie Jordan, at Jordan.ronald.j@dol.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
