- Attachment 0003 - Drawings Attachment 0002 - Drawings Attachment 0001 - Drawings Solicitation Document N64498-26-R-5041 This is a synopsis/solicitation issue notice for non-commercial supplies as prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) seeks to competitively award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. NSWCPD has established a requirement for one (1) High Purity Reverse Osmosis (HPRO) Unit designed for the purpose of providing 2,000 gallons per day of high purity water with a total dissolved solids level below 10 parts per million for shipboard use aboard U.S. Naval ships. Any additional specifications for this item will be listed with the solicitation. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 333999 with a size standard of 500 employees. Specific details are provided in the solicitation Request For Proposal (RFP) N64498-16-R-5041, which will posted on June 22, 2016 on the World Wide Web at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ (click on Vendors). This solicitation will close on July 26, 2016 at 2PM EST. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award.
