This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) for two BLANKETROL III HYPER- HYPOTHERMIA blanket systems for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin GA. This requirement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339112 and the Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. Eligible and interested vendors should download a copy of the RFQ Solicitation document, VA247-16-Q-0737, which contains the SOW and all corresponding attachments, from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). The solicitation has instructions on how to submit quotes in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Please check the posting daily for updates. The government will not be contacting interested contractors regarding amendments. Please note the due date established by the solicitation. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted via email, no later than 06/28/2016 by 12:00 PM EST to darrell.harper2@va.gov. Questions on the telephone will not be accepted.
