Description

VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 3,040 useable square feet in Casper, WY for use as a readjustment counseling center. The space must be on no more than 1 floor of contiguous space and can be provided by completed new construction or modification of existing space. The space should not exist within a Floodplain as identified on a DHS Flood Insurance Rate Map. On-site surface parking for 12 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Space within or bordering the following delineation will be considered: North: Hwy 26 and Interstate 25 South: Hwy 258 East: Hwy 258 and Wyoming Blvd West: Hwy 254 and Hwy 258 A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA.
