- **Amendment 0003 to this Industry Day Notice is to add the ProjNet key: All inquiries regarding this project may be submitted via ProjNet. ProjNet is a web-based program that allows contractors to post questions regarding the project and to view all questions by other contractors and answers by USACE. ProjNet can be accessed at https://www.projnet.org. To access the ProjNet websit for the first time: 1. Click the Quick Add menu in the upper right. 2. Enter the following information for access: 2.a. Select USACE as the Agency. 2.b. Input Quick Add Key: CUV2W7-MFDQ42 3. Enter valid business contact information (e.g. First and Last Name, Company Name, city and state, phone number, email address). (Required on first project only) 4. Establish Secret Question and Answer which will be used as a password (required on first project only). 5. For subsequent access use your email address, the key and response to the Secret Question to access the ProjNet module. OR, If you wish to remain anonymous, you may submit your question to the Contract Specialist, Monique Paano at monique.a.paano@usace.army.mil. Ms. Paano will then enter your question for you on ProjNet. You will still need to follow the instructions above to log into ProjNet and view the answers. **Amendment 0002 to this Industry Day Notice is to add secondary Point of Contact, and post list of Industry Day Attendees. **Amendment 0001 to this Industry Day Notice is to include the draft 30% plans as well as a link to the 30% design flyover video of the project. All other conditions remain unchanged. INDUSTRY DAY - Mud Mountain Dam Fish Passage Facility (MMD FPF) LOCATION: USACE - Seattle District 4735 East Marginal Way Seattle, WA 98134 DATE: June 22, 2016 TIME: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The United States Army Corps of Engineers - Seattle District (NWS) is hosting an Industry Day on June 22, 2016 to introduce and receive comment on an upcoming requirement for a large civil works project valued at $50M to $100M to construct a new barrier structure, fish passage facility, associated site work and appurtenances. The Industry Day will provide an overview of the MMD FPF Project requirements. Please advise the Contracting Officer, Bruce Okumura (bruce.d.okumura@usace.army.mil), and the Contract Specialist, Monique Paano (monique.a.paano@usace.army.mil) of your plan to attend the Industry Day no later than 17 June 2016 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time. Additionally, please respond to the questions provided in the attached document titled: "MMD FPF_RSVP Questionnaire". All Industry Day attendees may submit answers to the questions via computer disk or other readable electronic media. Answers may also be provided to the Government point of contact via e-mail prior to the Industry Day. Attending the Industry Day is not mandatory and is open to the entire Vendor community. Interested Vendors who cannot attend the Industry Day are instructed to provide answers to the attached questions to the Government point of contact via e-mail by 17 June 2016 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time. The Industry Day Event will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the USACE- Seattle District, 4735 East Marginal Way, Seattle WA, 98134. Meeting room is Salish Sea in Building 1202. ONLY TWO (2) PERSONNEL PER COMPANY MAY ATTEND THE INDUSTRY DAY. Please ensure you bring your official Government picture identification to present to Security to gain entry into the building. In-processing begins for all Vendors at the main entrance located on East Marginal Way. Parking is available in the public parking lot directly to the East of East Marginal Way.
