Description

Solicitation The purpose of this requirement is to obtain services to grind/refinish floors and apply wax/sealer to A level terrazzo floors inclusive of the restrooms from the North elevator bank to the South elevator bank in an effort to remove discoloration. Stairs from Level A to the Hall of States and Hall of Nations shall also be included. Proposals will be evaluated and awarded based on lowest price and technically acceptable. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238340 Tile and Terrazzo Contractors. Offerors must be registered in the Contractor's Central Registration (CCR) in order to participate in this procurement. Registration can be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov All contractors who are interested in this opportunity must identify their interest by pre-registering with the POC via e-mail prior to the site visit conducted on July 7th 2016 at 11am. All questions MUST be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist, Derek Meyers at dmeyers@kennedy-center.org no later than July 11th 2016.
