- Statement of Work The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number for this requirement is W912J2-16-Q-1005. The 115 th Fighter Wing is soliciting quotes to procure and install communications tower on the south west side of B404 located at 115 th Fighter Wing, 3110 Mitchell Street, Madison, WI 53704, as defined by the attached statement of work. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Per FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: BEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT (PRICE AND TECHNICAL CAPABILITY OF THE ITEM OFFERED TO MEET THE GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT). The government intends to award a contract without discussions with respective offerors. The government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in the best interest of the government. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The NAICS code is 332312 and the size standard is 500 employees. Schedule of Supplies/Services: CLIN 0001: Communications Tower CLIN 0002: Installation of Tower CLIN 0003: Installation of Government Provided Antennas Please see attached statement of work. This notice is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued.
