Description

Construct New Community Living Center (CLC) Expansion Construction Services for Project #570-218 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal for a General Construction Contractor for the project to Construct New Community Living Center (CLC) Expansion at the VA Central California Health Care System located at 2615 E. Clinton Ave., Fresno, California. Work shall include selective demolition, removal and disposal, and relocation of; building components, above ground and underground utilities, infrastructure, and site components. Work also includes the construction of a new phase one of the Expansion of the Community Living Center Building 31 that will provide twelve single occupancy private rooms with adjoining private bathrooms. This Request for Proposal will be a total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers will only be accepted from qualified Small Businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about July 8, 2016. The solicitation will contain proposal instructions. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Project Site Visit will be scheduled for the week of July 18, 2016. Please confirm exact location, date, and time in the solicitation. This conference is highly recommended. Estimated project cost is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Questions regarding the solicitation must be sent in writing to denise.groves@va.gov.
