Description

solicitation pkg This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number DTMA93Q1600025 (see attached solicitation). This requirement is a small business set aside and the NAICS code is 238220. The Department of Transportation (DOT) Maritime Administration (MARAD) Central Region Beaumont Reserve Fleet (BRF) 2600 Amoco Road; Beaumont, TX 77705 intends to replace the Air-Condition Unit on board the M/V Barbara Lois for the Maritime Administration, Beaumont Reserve Fleet (BRF).. Interested contractors must attend a site visit, to be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, 12 July 2016 at the BRF, address above. POC for site visit is Eric Welch or Bubba Wolfford (409) 722-3433. Quotes are due Wednesday, 20 July 2016 by 4:00 p.m. local time. Award will be fixed price. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror submitting a quote which conforms to this RFQ.
