Description

Redacted J&A Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price requirements contract for part number 54E1200802H, Motor Brakes to MPC Products Corporation, CAGE Code 19710, 6300 W. Howard St, Niles, IL, 60714-3406. Solicitation W911N2-16-R-0040 is expected to be awarded on or about (O/A) 01 Aug 2016. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quote to the contracting officer before the notice end date. If no affirmative written responses are received by 02:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on 07 Jul 2016 an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
