Description

LEBANON VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER SEEKING LEASED SPACE IN LANCASTER The Federal Government is seeing 3,000 first floor net useable sq. ft. office space for use by the Department of Veterans Affairs (tenant) for personnel, furnishings in order to accommodate a Veterans Center to conveniently and effectively serve our Veterans. The space must be CLASS A office space. It must be located in a prime commercial district with professional surroundings within the city of Lancaster, PA. The Government will accept offerors from vendors situated within the following boundaries. North - New Holland/Hartman Station Road, West - New Holland Pike, East - Hartman Station Road/Mounty Disney Road, South - Route 30 (Lincoln Highway) onto Old Philadelphia Pike. Space must meet all federal, state and local building codes, have off street parking to accommodate 20 spaces and 2 handicapped spaces in accordance with ADA specifications. Streets and public walks must be well maintained. The government will consider the location, cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. The Government would be interested in alternative space if advantageous but otherwise the intention is to pursue a sole source acquisition with the incumbent landlord. Please understand that this is not an invitation for bid or a solicitation for offer, but merely an inquiry for space.
