Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Boston Healthcare System intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with science and research training with Washington University in St. Louis for sixteen VA Health Services Research and Development Fellows by the Implementation Research Institute (IRI) and the Mentored Training-Dissemination and Implementation Research in Cancer (MT-DIRC), both centers located at Washington University in St. Louis, One Brookings Drive, St. Louis, MO 63130, on behalf of the VA Health Services Research and Development Service's (HSR&D), Center for Information Dissemination and Education Resources (CIDER) of the VA Boston Healthcare System. pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Monday, June 27, 2016, 4:00, EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to Elaine DiBucci at elaine.dibucci@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
