Description

Statement of Work Stair Runner for Fisher House General: Removal of hardware and carpet on FH stairs. The Contractor shall replace with new one piece stair runner and reinstall existing hardware. Professional Services Overview: Contract will remove, deliver, fully install stair runner including reinstalling the existing hardware. Contractor shall remove all debris and old carpet remnants from the job site. Contractor shall supply carpet to cover the 18 stairs. Carpet shall meet the specifications listed in the salient characteristics. Salient Characteristics: One solid piece. Carpet must be binded and edged to 31 inches wide. Must cover 18 wooden stairs. Vendor who receives award will have to provide accurate measurements. Carpet must be deep brown in color with leaf and floral pattern in beige/taupe. Preferred would be Shaw Carpet, Bellcourt Style, #94761, color=Panache. Gauge must be 1/10. Stiches per inch must be 12.
