This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-73. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730, with a business size standard of 7.5M. The National Cemetery Administration is seeking quotes from qualified and eligible Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns capable of providing Tree Maintenance at Little Rock National Cemetery which is a closed facility. Therefore you need to contact Fort Smith National Cemetery for site visit, etc. to Larry White, the Cemetery Director at Little Rock National Cemetery. He can be reached at 479-783-5345. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish tree and/or stump removal, pruning, trimming, cabling, cavity repair, root pruning, and the removal and disposal of resulting waste and debris for the National Cemetery on a one time basis. The Contractor shall provide all professional advice/guidance, parts, materials, equipment and personnel, to provide these services.
