- NOTE: This is a market survey requesting information in support of the following potential requirement. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. All portions of this market survey are merely for market research purposes and subject to change at any time. Response to this survey is voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey. Data submitted in response to this market survey will not be returned. POTENTIAL REQUIREMENT: NOUN: Universal Software Loader (USL) Kit NSN: N/A P/N: LS1129308 Army Contracting Command - Warren is conducting market research to determine industry's capability to provide the USL kit for the Stryker Family of Vehicles (FoV). The USL kit is used to upload software to the Stryker vehicles. The Technical Data Package (TDP) for the USL kit is owned by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS). There is no TDP available for purposes of this market survey. Interested vendors should provide all the following information: 1. Company Name, mailing address, CAGE Code, website, point of contact, phone number, and email address. 2. Business size under NAICS Code 336992, Armored Military Vehicles (Except Tanks) and Parts Manufacturing (small business, large business, etc.). 3. What experience does your company have successfully manufacturing and delivering USL kits, or similar non-commercial kits for the Stryker vehicle or similar vehicles. 4. If your company has provided the similar kits, to the United States Government (USG), please provide the name of the requiring activity and the contract number(s). 5. What is your company's maximum monthly production capability and the production lead time required to begin deliveries of USL kits at that rate. RESPONSES DUE: Responses are due by July 08, 2016 RESPONSE FORMATS: Responses must be submitted electronically by email and be in one of the following three formats: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft PowerPoint. PDF versions of these types of documents are also acceptable. Your email response must include in its subject the phrase Stryker USL kit Market Survey and your company's name. Due to email system limitations, your response must not exceed a total file size of three and one half (3.5) megabytes. If your response is larger, you may use multiple email messages.
