REQUIREMENT HAS OFFICIALLY CHANGED FROM SB SET-ASIDE TO FULL AND OPEN DUE TO KNOW RESPONSE FROM SB This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Subpart 13, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation on FedBizOpps; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
