Description
Drawings SOW The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of the replacement and repair of a non-functional HVAC system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 8, Required Sources of Supplies and Services, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The announcement number is FA2823-16-Q-8004. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238220 with a size standard of $15,000,000.00. This is a 100% total small business set aside; please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. A site visit is scheduled for interested vendors for 9 a.m., CST, 30 June 2016 at Bldg. 13, 101 West Eglin Blvd., Ste. 150, Eglin AFB, FL 32542. In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the minimum requirement or presents the best value to the government. Offeror will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b). •1. Requirements: HVAC System Repair and Replacement in accordance with the attached specifications Quoted price should include FOB Destination. Required delivery date is no later than 30 days ARO. Expedited delivery schedules accepted and encouraged. As used in this provision- "System for Award Management (SAM) database" means the primary Government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government. "Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code" means- (1) A code assigned by the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) to identify a commercial or Government entity; or (2) A code assigned by a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization that DLIS records and maintains in the CAGE master file. This type of code is known as an "NCAGE code." "Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number" means the 9-digit number assigned by Dun and Bradstreet, Inc.
