(4) Section (a)(6) is replaced with the following: ?Interest penalty payments shall be handled in accordance with the Prompt Payment clause at FAR 52.232-25 as modified by the Library.? (1)The Librarian of Congress has the same rights and access as the rights and access provided to the Comptroller General in FAR 52.212-5. The Library shall have 30 days to inspect items (1) after the Contractor: (2) has installed, calibrated, and tested the equipment; informed the Library that it is in proper working condition; and provided Library staff with training on operating the equipment. The Library will execute its own test plan for determining whether the equipment meets the Library?s requirements as stated in Section C. The equipment provided by the Contractor will be accepted by the Library only after demonstration that the equipment is capable of producing images of target files that meet the parameters specified in Section C. The COR will provide the Contractor with a written notification within 30 days once the Library has accepted the equipment. Inspection and acceptance under this contract will be in accordance with paragraph (a) Inspection and Acceptance of FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items (MAY 2015). In addition, sample scans of Library supplied test targets may be requested of vendors as a part of the proposal review process, prior to contract award.
