Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide emergency shelter beds for homeless veterans in catchment areas of the Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Period of performance is September 1, 2016 - August 31, 2017 with four (4) additional option years. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 624221. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. No fax or email bid packages shall be accepted. Bid packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about July 8, 2016. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
