New Port Richey, FL The Department of Veterans Affairs conducted Market Surveys on December 15, 2015 and April 6, 2016, both in New Port Richey, FL to identify qualified properties, both existing buildings and land sites, for a 114,000 Net Usable Square Foot (NUSF) Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). Notice: This is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this notice. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon this notice.
