- Performance Questionnaire Solicitation Provisions & Clauses Refrigerator & Refrigeration Equipment Product Specifications Refrigerator & Refrigeration Equipment SOW Overview In order to keep proper temperature storage of food and sanitary conditions, the replacement of a non-operational Zero Deck walk-in Land Hall refrigeration box is required to meet the needs of the Midshipmen and Board of Health Requirements. The Maritime Administration (MARAD) seeks a qualified, licensed and insured contractor to provide labor, material, transportation, tools, equipment and supervision to replace the existing walk-in refrigerator and all refrigeration equipment. Instructions -The government reserves the right to not award to any vendor not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award -Only proposals submitted by a Small Business will be accepted by the Government -Any proposal submitted by a contractor that is not a Small Business will not be considered for award -Proposals will be accepted from Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 811412 Appliance Repair and Maintenance and the Size Standard in millions of dollars is $15.0 Evaluation The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: • Factor 1 - Technical Approach • Factor 2 - Past Performance ( Note: Offerors may submit three (3) past performance projects/contracts related to this procurement. The offeror must provide the questionnaire document that's provided to the point(s) of contact of the relevant projects/contracts to complete.
