Description

SPECIAL NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, Michigan in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) and FAR 52.237-3 Continuity of Services intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Care Transport Inc., 4800 Packard Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108 for an initial three (3) month emergency continuation of wheelchair van transportation services for the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System. NAICS 485991 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government for this emergency continuation of wheelchair van transportation services. Responses must be received no later than 1:00pm EST/EDST on June 27, 2016. No emails with questions will be accepted. Responses can be sent via Express mail delivery such as UPS and FedEx, etc. to Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 10 Contracting Office, Attn: Rose Reyburn, Lobby M/Suite M2200, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105.
