Description

This is not a request for quote. This announcement is only for a survey of the market to provide full service and maintenance to government owned Accuray Tomotherapy Systems. The government intends to award an annual service contract with performance period that begins October 1, 2016 Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide full service and maintenance for government owned Tomotherapy equipment required by the requirements stated herein. Background: VA Pittsburgh oncology department utilizes the Accuray Tomotherapy System worth over $2.5 million along with all associated hardware needed for the proper functioning of the system. The unit requires repair and maintenance by trained personnel using manufacturer approved parts and specifications. Please provide a one page capability statement with company information to andrew.taylor3@va.gov by 4:00 pm on July 5 2015
