Description

The USPS intends to purchase one SNOW REMOVAL SYSTEM (scrapper system) for clearing the snow off the tops of trailers and cargo vans to prevent snow and ice blowing off the vehicles when operated on public roads. Brand Name or Equal item - Quintin Machinery - Scraper Systems (TM) Model 440 Portable scrapper, drive thru frame mounted on rollable chassis.; 4 sets of dual 12" HD caster wheels (front swivel, rear fixed).; screw jacks at each wheel set to lower wheels for moving and raise for operation; 2,000 lb. concrete stabilizing ballasts, removable with lifting eyes, mounted on each side; attachable tow bar for use with pick-up truck, forklift, or other vehicle to move unit. Item to be shipped to USPS, 17 Commerce Way, Bethlehem, PA 18002 Desired delivery/insallation within 45 days of date of order.
