The Regional Contracting Office-MCIPAC intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20160607. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)611430- Professional and Management Development Training. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation. In accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), the Government is soliciting quotes for the Fire Instructor I Class. The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible quoter whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Technical Capability, Price and Delivery. It is the quoters responsibility to furnish sufficient information to the Government in order to determine acceptability of the offered services. Therefore, the quoter shall submit all technical information pertaining to their quoted services in order for the Government to determine technical acceptability. ****************************************************************************** CLIN 0001: Fire Instructor I Class Qty: 1 Service Number of Students: Up to but not limited to 25 students Period of Performance: 5-days training / 40hours *Please provide proposed Period of Performace. The contractor shall provide training in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Price shall be inclusive of all training materials and service. This line Item covers the administration, interpreter request for the delivery of a forty-hour Fire Instructor I certification course for MCIPAC FESJ on the Island of Okinawa. Training will be in accordance with NFPA 1041. This program will be conducted on mutually agreed upon dates. The course includes five (5) days or 40 hours of training with certification testing. The contractor must be able to certify personnel with IFSAC or Pro-Board certification. Service shall be performed at Camp Foster, Okinawa, JAPAN. CLIN 0002: Travel Related Expense Contractor shall submit all related receipts with invoice prior to payment. All other travel expenses not authorized under this CLIN shall not be reimbursed. A. The Contractor shall provide Travel as specified. (1) Travel arrangements shall be in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), and approved prior to travel by the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) is required. (2) Trips must be in direct support of contracted efforts. (3) No profit shall be paid under this CLIN. (4) Travel shall not exceed the obligated amount as specified in this CLIN. B. Per Federal Travel Regulation, airfare for economy class flight is authorized for reimbursement. If desired, the instructor is allowed to arrive Okinawa, Japan two days prior to training start date and have a next day as a rest day. Lodging and per diem will be reimbursed for this rest day.. The Contractor shall provide travel on a cost reimbursable basis only. *AIR FARE: $ -Authorized but not to exceed (receipts are required for payment). *LODGING: ($xx X xx of nights) = $. -Authorized but not to exceed (receipts are required for payment).
