- PR: 63078096, SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 12 July 2016; CLOSING DATE: 11 August 2016 This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract / Firm Fixed Price for the quantity of 207. National Stock Number (NSN) 1560- 016297666; approved sources: LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION 81755 P/N 16B1107-7 AEROSPACE COMMERCIAL 1XKR3 P/N 16B1107-7 This item has an AMC/AMSC of 1 R. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. Any manufacturer other than those listed above wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sbo/Source%20Approval%20Requests.docx. This procurement is Unrestricted, utilizing Other Than Full and Open Competition. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Production delivery is 59 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR), apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. The solicitation issue date is 12 July 2016 with a closing date of 11 August 2016.
