Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for aseptic janitorial services for the Veterans Affairs Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 Fremont CBOC located in Fremont, CA. The clinic is approximately 9,925 square feet. The anticipated basic period of performance is August 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017 with four one-year option periods. The solicitation number for this RFQ is VA261-16-Q-0746. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 28, 2016, with an anticipated proposal due date of July 08, 2016. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 561720, size standard $18 million. This requirement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
