- IDAHO CADASTRAL TRIMBLE NAV EQUIPMENT This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number L16PS00772. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-85. This solicitation is NOT set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334519 Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing. The line item numbers are: 0010, Quantity 2, Trimble Navigation Limited GNSS RTK System, $__________ per unit Each System is comprised of the following parts: 1.Quantity (1), part no. Note: Vendor will need to contact Geoline, Inc. attn.: eric.stricker@geoline.om, to preload R10 internal radios and TDL 450H radios with the following frequencies: M419.925, M412.825, and M412.300 Note: To verify FCC compliance, a copy of the Idaho BLM Radio Frequency Authorization will be provided to the vendor subsequent to award of this acquisition. Line 0020, Trade-in equipment, Total amount of reduction in price $____________ The trade-in items are two (2) Trimble 4700 receivers, part no. SVT00049, serial numbers 0220136504 and 0220136506. These trade-in items are available for inspection M-TH, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mountain DST. This solicitation is "All or None" Delivery date within 60 days of award: F.O.B. Point: Destination Usage Tax: Quotes must include all Federal, State usage, and local taxes.
