Description

Notice of Intent for Sole Source Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 2304, the U.S. Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Carson Health Contracting Cell intends to issue a sole source award to The Wellness Network in the total amount of $12,775.00 to for Labor and delivery Newborn Channel subscription. This contract will be for a one year base plus two option years William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, TX. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated service can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within two (2) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist; Mrs. YaKita McClurkin, yakita.s.mcclurkin.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
