Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to make a GSA delivery award to 360 Hiatt Dr. Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, as implemented by FAR 8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(B), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The Office of Comptroller Currency (OCC) determines that a CybeFEDS online subscription is needed to provide comprehensive and searchable critical federal government employment issues. CyberFEDS online subscription include summaries and full text decisions issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), U.S. Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Comptroller General, U.S. Office of Government Ethics (USOGE) and related courts. The NAICS code is 511120 and the business size is $32.50. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received in writing within three days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
