Description

Justification - Tactical Observation Post Camera System The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award, a one-time, sole-source, fixed price purchase order to RF Concepts, 1564 Flanagans Lane, Virginia Beach, Virginia, 23456. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The FBI requires (3) Tactical Observation Post Camera Systems. This notice will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment and the size standard is 1250. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Tammy Miller, email address: tammy.miller@ic.fbi.gov by Tuesday, July 5, 2016, 10:00 am (Eastern). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
