- FISMA CCE Requirement The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS), and the Occupational Safety and Health & SA Branch (OSHSAB), on behalf of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) are issuing this Request for Information seeking capability statements from qualified organizations in an effort to support the survivors and responders of the 9/11 terrorist attacks consistent with the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Reauthorization Act (Zadroga Act). Please see the attached description of effort for this potential requirement: WORLD TRADE CENTER HEALTH PROGRAM CLINICAL CENTER OF EXCELLENCE (CCE) The NAICS code assigned to this requirement is 621498. The attached IT Security Requirements should also be reviewed by potential sources. The purpose of this Request for Information is to gain knowledge of potential, qualified sources and their size classification relative to the appropriate NAICS code. Small businesses are encouraged to submit capability statements. If your organization has the potential capability to perform these services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Responses shall not exceed 20 pages. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s). This is NOT a solicitation announcement and does not constitute a request for proposals. The government will not assume financial responsibility for any costs incurred in preparing a response. Questions regarding this Request for Information shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer, Abbie Jemmott at ajemmott@cdc.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged. The Government assumes no obligation to provide any feedback or evaluations to organizations regarding their submissions.
