Description

Special Notice: (1300574941) NAVSUPFLC San Diego, intend to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 to FORTBRAND Services, Inc, 50 Fairchild Court, Plainview, NY 11802. The proposed contract action is for MULAG Conveyor Belt Orbiter 12, Diesel. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the propose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses are due by 29 June 2016, 12:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time.
