Description

The unrestricted, Other than Full and Open, solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000047638 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a sole source NSN. NSN: 2992-01-026-3265, CABLE ASSEMBLY, ENGINE DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY, "Approved Source, " Transdigm, Inc.(CAGE 04638) P/N 29125 and Northrop Grumman Systems (26512) P/N 160C960905-1". DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Government First Article Testing (FAT)/Configuration Control/Export Control. Required delivery is 206 days plus 90 days for FAT. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 8 each. There will be a one-year base with four one-year options, for a total of five years. FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 08 Jul 2016. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. An Excel spreadsheet for pricing will be provided with the solicitation. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil). Select "Request for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
