Description

DRAFT SOW J&A The Library of Congress (LOC) requires contractor support to deliver a set of Library collections as data to an on-site researcher, including a report and a presentation at the Data Content Summit, in accordance with the specifications listed in the attached draft statement of work (SOW). LOC intends to issue this requirement as a sole source purchase order to a company called 18 Cycles, LLC. Any firm that wishes to be considered for this requirement must submit a capability statement that demonstrates its ability to meet all the requirements described in the attached draft SOW. The capability statement must not exceed five (5) double-spaced pages and shall include the following information: 1) Company Name, DUNS Number, Address, Point of Contact, phone number and email address; 2) Corporate structure (corporation, LLC, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability partnership, professional corporation, etc.); 3) References, including name, phone number and email address of individuals who can verify the demonstrated capabilities identified in the responses.
