- Draft Statement of Objectives The Headquarters Air Force Enterprise Support Division, Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate (AFDW/PKH), in conjunction with the Air Force Departmental Publishing Office (AFDPO), request a capabilities brief on fulfilling AFDPO's document submittal and tagging process. The purpose of this capabilities briefing is to gather price estimates on your company's solution(s). Your briefing should detail a three-to-five year phased approach that address the objectives outlined in paragraph 3, Technical Requirements, of the attached Draft Statement of Objectives, dated 27 June 2016. Discussions are expected to be fluid, therefore, please anticipate approximately 30 minutes of discussion during your brief. This capabilities briefing is a follow on to the RFI (AFDPO_POC on FBO and 139392 on NC-2) that was posted on 3 Mar 2016 and the vendor day held on 11 May 2016 however companies new to this requirement are welcomed to brief. A solicitation is anticipated to follow during mid-FY17 and may be posted on NETCENTS-2 Products, Application Services, or NetOps and Infrastructure Solutions. AFDW/PKH and AFDPO have two dates available for in-house demonstrations and one date available for a virtual/video brief. Time slots are available for reservation in one hour blocks. 13 and 18 July - In-House demonstrations 0900-1300 26 July - Virtual demonstrations 1000-1400 The in-house demonstrations will take place on Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, 2822 Doherty DR SW, Bldg 94, Ste 302. Virtual demonstrations shall be set up by your company via DCO or a similar video-teleconference. Please reserve your time slots with SSgt Andrew Ness no later than 7 July, noon Eastern. If you plan on giving an in-house demonstration, please fill out the attached attendee information sheet after reserving your time slot and return to SSgt Ness at andrew.j.ness2.mil@mail.mil.
