- Redacted J&A The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) at China Lake, CA issued a Cost Plus Fixed Fee modification to provide an additional 34,224 hours on the existing contract and to extend the contract end date to March 26, 2017. This modification is sole sourced to Wyle Laboratories, Inc., based on 10 USC 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, 'Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.' This is for additional support to the AEA EW mission planning systems and associated jammer management software within tactical jamming pods.
