- Solicitation Number: NNX16593396Q Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: Added: June 29, 2016 2:00 pm This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-88. The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 332439 Other Metal Container Manufacturing and the Small Business Standard size is 500 Employees. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) has an *Urgent* requirement to procure and fabricated parts to make "IXPE Stacking Assembly" as set forth is the attached Salient Characteristic/Drawings. The contract will be executed by NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. However, any award from this RFQ shall require the potential vendor to be certified within the System For Award Management System (SAM) and completion of Reps and Certs in the SAM system prior to award at www.sam.gov. Offers are to be received via electronic mail (e-mail) no later than Wednesday, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 6 July 2016. Submit offers to Paul Laurenzi at paul.w.laurenzi@nasa.gov. Contractor shall include the following with the quote: Solicitation number, discount/payment terms, warranty duration, taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. FOB destination to the "Delivery address". All contractual and technical questions must be in writing (e-mail) to Paul Laurenzi at paul.w.laurenzi@nasa.gov no later than Tuesday, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 5 July 2016. NOTE: Telephone questions shall not be accepted.
