Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-16-R-0237 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to replace the roof on the Old Maintenance Building (OMB) at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery located in St Louis, MO 61325 with a period of performance of 45 calendar days after receipt of Notice to proceed. All work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of work and terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 238160. Size standard of $15.0 million is applicable. Award will be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, meaning the lowest offer that is technically acceptable and meets all the requirements will be awarded a contract, utilizing the following evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order of importance: 1) Technical Capability, 2) Past Performance, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around June 29, 2016. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., July 20, 2016. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
