Description

16T0153 NSWC, IHEODTD intends to award a sole source to: Rexel Inc This acquisition is a sole source/ BRAND NAME MANDATORY FOR ROCKWELL AUTOMATION requirement with Rexel Inc, 521 Progress Drive, Suite K Linthicum, MD 21090 for Automation Control Hardware and Software. Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in SAM www.sam.gov with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code 334290, FSC Code 5998 and Size Standard 750 Employees. Offers must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on 14 July 2016. Please provide all responses and direct all questions to Jodi Fields, Fax (301) 744-6632 or jodi.fields@navy.mil. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil.
