Kingsbridge Road Rm. 9b16 Bronx NY 10468 Synopsis: Please note that this is not a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hudson Valley VA Medical Center, is conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing the following services for Hudson Valley VAMC. Sterile Processing is in need of an electrical leak tester specifically for use with ultrasound probes. It must be compatible with Philips TEE transducers. The Trans ucers it must work with are of the iE33 and iU2 2 series and the TEE probe is specifically an S7-2. The unit also must be able to be used with/in the TD-100 TEE reprocessor as that is the one and only means that the facility has to reprocess TEE probes. There must also be the ability to print the results for record keeping requirements. The unit should come with a screen that is back lit to allow for easy use and easy visual confirmation of results. Specific Requirements/Tasks Items needed: 1.Compatible with S7-2 and iE33 Philips transducers and platform? 2.Compatible with TD100 TEE Reprocessor and recommended by the TD-100 manufacturer. 3.Has the ability to print the results 4.Has the capability to be used with other ultrasound nd probes with minimal additional purchases 5.Has a large and easy to use screen? 6.Can come with certification that the unit is calibrated correctly, or has the ability to be effectively calibrated with records being available. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 339112. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing via email and must be received no later than July 07, 2016. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for this procurement relative to NAICS 339112. Qualified offerors shall be experienced in addition to providers (sellers) capable of supporting this facility. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, and examples of similar facilities which you have provided services to DUNS number, address, and point of contact. If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email or fax) and received no later than July 07, 2016 at 3:00PMEST. A solicitation is not currently available.
